Davida H. Isaacs was a practicing intellectual property litigator for seven years. Having graduated from Brandeis University and then New York University School of Law, she later was on the faculty at various law schools, and with the Department of Political Science at the University of Kentucky, for ten years. She is currently an Administrative Law Judge for the federal government.
