Physiological and Biochemical Zoology

Physiological and Biochemical Zoology has presented current research in environmental, adaptational, and comparative animal physiology and biochemistry since 1928. PBZ publishes the results of original investigations in animal physiology and biochemistry at all levels of organization, from the molecular to the organismic, focusing on adaptations to the environment. PBZ covers a wide range of subdisciplines, with a specific emphasis on studies that investigate the ecological and/or evolutionary aspects of physiological and biochemical mechanisms.
