About the Author

Will Troyer worked for thirty years in Alaska for the U.S. Department of the Interior. He is also the author of Into Brown Bear Country and From Dawn to Dusk: Memoirs of an Amish-Mennonite Farm Boy, and has written in numerous magazines, including Natural History, Alaska Magazine, and Outdoor Life.
