About the Author

Simon Harding is a visiting lecturer on community safety at the University of Bedfordshire and is currently studying for a professional doctorate in youth justice at the Vauxhall Centre for the Study of Crime at the University of Bedfordshire. He has worked in crime and community safety for twenty-five years.
