Jonathan Flatley

Jonathan Flatley is a Press author and professor of English at Wayne State University. He has a PhD in Literature from Duke. His books include Like Andy Warhol (Chicago, 2017) and Affective Mapping: Melancholia and the Politics of Modernism (Harvard, 2008). He is the recipient of fellowships from the Fulbright Foundation, the Mellon Foundation, and the Center for the Humanities. He has published numerous articles as well as essays in contributed volumes. His new book (which I’ve invited) is about Black Leninism.
