Books Division RSS Feeds

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a free, easy, and automatic way for you to be informed when new books are published by the University of Chicago Press. (Titles from our distributed publishers are also included.)

There are several ways to access RSS feeds. You can install an RSS reader that displays RSS feeds from the Web sites you select. Like an email program, an RSS reader will monitor your favorite Web sites for the latest news and events. A number of free and commercial RSS readers are available for download. After installing an RSS reader, you can subscribe to a UCP feed manually as follows:

1. Copy the Feed URL for the RSS feed you want to your clipboard.
2. Paste it into the “Add Feed…” or “New Feed…” dialog of your RSS reader.

Some browsers, including Firefox, Opera and Safari, will automatically detect pages that offer RSS feeds. For more details, please check the developer's websites.  You can also use an RSS aggregator like Bloglines to collect RSS feeds for you.

We encourage you to subscribe to the University of Chicago Press RSS feeds for your own personal use. If you operate a website and would like to republish our RSS content, you may do so only under the following terms and conditions:

1. We do not allow our RSS feed data to be displayed on websites with adult content, or content that the general public may find offensive or objectionable in any way.
2. We require proper format and attribution whenever University of Chicago Press content is displayed.
3. You must provide a link to our home page [www.press.uchicago.edu] in close proximity to the content provided by us. Web crawlers must be able to index the link to our site.
4. We reserve the right to terminate or change the RSS feed service to you, or to block referrers from your web site at any time without prior notice.
