SK-INTERFACES

In recent years, a trend toward skin analysis has emerged in the practice of several artists who make use of biology, bioarchitecture, and self-experimentation in their own work, and Jens Hauser has been at the center of much of this evolving genre of artistic practice. SK-INTERFACES is an engaging, challenging, and thought-provoking approach to how current technologies are changing our perception of the body, the self, and the interaction between bodies, as well as a multidisciplinary approach to the topic of skin, involving art, science, politics, philosophy, and architecture.
