Lloyd R. Cohen is professor of law at George Mason University, School of Law, where he teaches wills, trusts, and estates, statistics for lawyers, as well as several courses in applied economics. Daniel D. Polsby is dean and Foundation Professor of Law at George Mason University, School of Law. He joined the faculty of the law school in 1999 after serving twenty-three years on the faculty of law at Northwestern University, most recently as the Kirkland and Ellis Professor of Law.
