Subjects: Linguistics
Series: Chicago Studies in Linguisitcs

I acquire books across the many subfields of linguistic inquiry, as well as at intersections with neighboring and allied fields. These endeavors include the Chicago Studies in Linguistics series, which seeks to publish empirically driven theoretical research, the highest standards of methodology and analysis, and interdisciplinary perspectives, all with an emphasis on innovative approaches.

Previously, I served as vice president of the publishing-industry guild Bookbuilders of Boston. I was also assistant acquisitions editor at the MIT Press, where I was first exposed to linguistics book publishing and also supported the environmental studies list, with a special focus on food studies. I hold a master's degree in publishing and writing from Emerson College in Boston.
